"...Endow the Future of UO Wrestling." A financial endowment is a transfer of money or property donated to an institution, with the stipulation that it be invested, and the principal remain intact. This allows for your donation to have a much greater impact over a long period of time than if it were spent all at once.

Your Donation at Work Stated more profoundly, your donation goes to work immediately and continues to benefit the "Save Oregon Wrestling Foundation" by being invested. This investment produces more money, or a "return on investment", that can either be used to pay for scholarships, operations, facilities, etc., even reinvested back in to grow the endowment. This means your donation is never spent, but is working hard to make more money.
